Fantastic location, easy walk to shops, restaurants & atms. Very friendly & helpful staff, with good English. The rooms have been recently refurbished, so modern & clean. We stayed at another hotel in Amman, as part of a tour, this was much better!!! We would defiantly recommend it & stay again!

Nice staff, always helpful. Good location.
Can be noisy because of street and parking.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the authentic atmosphere of the hotel. The old building in downtown was a unique experience and the neighborhood added to the charm. Additionally, the reasonable price was a great advantage, especially during the holiday season. The hotel's location was key, as it was close to major sightseeing spots like the Amman Citadel, Roman theater, and Rainbow Street. It was also surrounded by numerous shops and local restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. the breakfast was quite basic and a bit disappointing.

I was here as a photographer to work one week in Amman, the staff of the Hotel helpt me with everything. They are amazing and make me feel at home. Everyday coming back to the hotel it was a pleasure to meet Tareq and Mr. Alla, share experience and I had also very good advice about Amman. The first day it was a bit noisy outside, but in those days they were putting a second glass on my window room, and from that moment everything was better. The position of the Hotel is simply amazing, the best Falafel restaurant in Jordan is 100 m (Hashim) and many other cafè with terrace just in front. The Citadel is a nice walk from the Hotel. I hope to come back soon.

The location is perfect. (Within walking distance from the Roman Amphitheatre and the Citadel). The personnel is very friendly, helpful, and generally with a good command of English. Ordering taxis, getting maps and infos about the city are only some of the things that they would definitely get involved into. At first glance, I got the impression that I entered a big apartment, and not a hotel(it is a "boutique" hotel, only 5 rooms situated on the 2dn floor of a 5 storey building), and I was a bit in doubt. When seeing the room though, I completely changed my opinion: new furniture, extremely clean, nice mattress and sheets, chic decoration and good air conditioning, not to mention that my room had a balcony with direct view to one of the main streets of the Downtown area. I should have shared the bathroom, but since I was the only female with sharing bathroom option(sex segregated bathrooms), it was practically mine; the bathroom(rare thing for Jordan) was completely on the European standards. In the end, perfect location, great staff, the best value/money hotel I've ever tried so far, perfect for the budget traveller that would want to experience though some comfort. Definitely to try.
Nothing really pressing, staff persons could improve their English, and breakfast could be more diverse. Considering the price of the room, everything was more than enough.

Good location in downtown Amman on walking distance of First Circle, Roman Theatre and Citadel. Clean rooms, homy, backpacker atmosphere, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff. Since I like to hang out in the city at night, I appreciated the free in and out with the key anytime of day and night.
The front on the building looks really rundown, which made me hesitate when I arrived there from the airport. When you're inside, everything looks ok. The sink in my room didn't hold the water. Keep in mind that there is no elevator to the second floor where the rooms are located.

I got great value for my money at the Boutique Hotel. The room was cozy and the location was perfect - close to the main market but away from the noise. The staff, especially Ibrahim, were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast. It would have been nice to have more variety and options.

Small clean cozy family hotel, and Hani is very nice to help us reserve the next day tour car.
A little bit noisy when other travellers come back in the midnight.

The staff were great. Very eager to please and helpful. Noor was especially gracious and provided advice. Convenient location. Hotel linens brand new. Wifi decent. Room was small but a good value for the money.
the busy location came with a fair amount of street noise. Rooms are not made up daily but fresh linen and supplies are offered. Again, staff very accommodating.
